AX 2012 R3 POS Client Database version mismatch

Hi All Member,

i have AX 2012 R3 Retail in the server i install

AX 2012 R3 CU8 Retail

SQL Server Std 2012 with SP1

in POS client i install :

POS AX 2012 R3 Cu8

SQL Server 2012 Express SP1

When i execut POS i have this Error: 

LSRetailPosis.Settings.Database: Database version mismatch. Current version = '6.3.0.0, Required version = '6.3.100.0'

LSRetailPosis.POS.Program: LSRetailPosis.PosisException: Inconsistency of the version of the database. You must apply a hotfix Retail POS or make an upgrade of the Retail POS database.
   at LSRetailPosis.Settings.Database.CheckDbVersion()
   at LSRetailPosis.Settings.Database.CheckDatabaseSettings()
   at LSRetailPosis.Settings.ApplicationSettings.InitializeSettings(String[] args)
   at LSRetailPosis.POS.Program.InitializeAndLoadPOS(String[] args, Boolean owned, SplashScreenForm splashScreenForm).

LSRetailPosis.Settings.ApplicationSettings: LSRetailPosis.PosisException: Inconsistency of the version of the database. You must apply a hotfix Retail POS or make an upgrade of the Retail POS database.
   at LSRetailPosis.Settings.Database.CheckDbVersion()

    Hi all,

    The Solution is :

    1- Open the Retail Channel Configuration Utility

    2- Select Create/upgrade the channel database

    3- Click Apply

    The script update the databse.

    After the scriot Finish update DB, select Configure Retail POS.

    Click Apply.

    Execute POS, it work Fin.

    Hi, I have the same error when upgrading to CU9.

    My error is : 

    LSRetailPosis.Settings.Database: Database version mismatch. Current version = '6.3.0.0, Required version = '6.3.105.0.

    I follow this link https://kurthatlevik.wordpress.com/2015/06/25/dax-2012-r3-cu9-retail-database-version-mismatch-and-gac-issues/ , but after I configure it still give me the same error when I open POS. Any idea ?

    Ok I noticed that if configure offline database will have error. Uncheck it can successfully open POS.
