I would like to know how i can transfer fund balance from a project that was closed to another project thats active in AX

Hi,
What do you mean by fund transfer? The transfer of posted transactions, unused budget funds or money received from a third party fund that finances your project?
Would be great if you could provide some addition information on your question.

Thank you for replying.in this case what i mean is unused budget funds.say we have 12,000 under the project and we only used 11,000.so we want to transfer the remaining 1,000 from this project to another project as income so that we can close the project with a zero balance
Hi Atupele,
The standard project module budget functionalities do not support those budget fund transfers that you can find for example in the budgeting module. You can always revise a budget and adjust a remaining budget amount down to zero but there is no formal 'transfer process' of budgets among independent project available, meaning that you have to do this manually.
