URGENT: email message sent upon registration

Hello all,

I have registered to one of the marketing forms, and a "Thank you" email message shall be sent upon registration.

I have registered twice and received the email message only once.

How can I make sure that an email message gets sent every time a user/customer registers and not only the first time ?

Thank you,

BR,

Cate

We have 2 solution possible for this requirement:

new solution on the april updated based on the Marketing solution.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365-release-plan/2020wave1/dynamics365-marketing/improved-customer-journey-experience

or the power automate option with CDS current environment connector.

    Hello Pascal,

in April release, you can set up different confirmation emails templates and thank you pages based on a new form-level double opt-in functionality (see below)

with that, you will be able to define different confirmation email templates eg for whitepaper and newsletter subscription.

    Hi and thank you Elly

Is there a better / easier solution? Using Flow looks a bit complex for a "just" send an email when a form is submitted?

    Thank you for your help

Ok, just to be clear to well describe the issue:

    - We have a contact D365 Marketing Form embedded on our website using the Javascript.

    - When someone contacts us, we want to send a thank you email with some info.

    - We have created a customer journey to trigger the sent of the email when someone fills the form

    >> ISSUE

The first time someone fills the form, the email sent works.

The second, third, fourth, etc... time, it doesn't.

    How to solve this issue?

    Thanks you
