What are major enhancements or benefits of using "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice"  Vs "Microsoft Forms" for getting customer feedback / doing surveys on different touch points / journeys.

    In addition to the traditional sending method, Customer Voice surveys can be sent via Power Automate Flow.
     
    Customer Voice is tightly integrated with other Dynamics 365 CRM applications, allowing you to seamlessly connect data feeds with business processes.
