Column not selectable when adjusting view

Hi,

I have a user, D365 F&O, can't find and select an certain field anymore when adjusting a view(By using /.../-> Insert Columns or Personalize->Add Field) The field can't be found in the options given.

I can see the field myself and it is searchable when going to the same view and try to the add column the to it, I've checked security role and user should have access to it, I've downloaded user's view, added the column to it and let user upload that view and it shows. I've had the user clear their cache to see if it browser related. But at this point it's still not showing.

What else could it be?

Are you saying it's about a single field only? You said you can see it, but what about users in the same role as the user reporting the problem?

Are you talking about D365FO? And What do you mean by can't select certain column when adjusting view
