Can you elaborate your requirement, please? It's not clear what kind of application are you trying to build, how it's related to AX (e.g. whether it would be a part of AX UI or it would get data from AX) and what kind of problem you have with it.

We want a chat service in AX 2012 same as skype

No problem, create a Table with chat messages pr. user.

And a form that reads and writes messages to the table.

Sir I m sending u a link . Plz open the link . Their is a screenshot in the link . I want the same features as shown in the screenshot like showing online , offline users ,sending msg to offline users . Beneath the screenshot there is a xpo file which is not functioning .

First of all, I strongly suggest you don't do it at all. Leave chatting to chatting applications and don't reinvent it as a part of your ERP system. Also, you'll get something better by several orders of magnitude if you simply use the integration with Skype for Business. And that will be without even a single line of code.

If you insist on writing it by yourself (really?), than please tell us what problem you have with it. Answering your questions is difficult if you don't formulate them.
