How to remove Saved View from list page

I saved some filter views from Sales Quotes list.

I added them to the Sales Quotes menu. Now I want to remove them.

But when I choose Customize Navigation Pane I don't see these menu items so I cannot delete them.

I tried this with different users but without success.

Where are these views stored? Perhaps It is possible to delete them directly from the database?

Thanks,

Patrick

    Hi Pat,

Have you tried right click the Navigation Pane -> Customize Navigation Pane.

There you can access all your filtered views and then remove them.

    Hi Mohana,

I tried this. The problem is that I don't see the filter view at the right side of the Customize pane. I cannot remove what I can't see?!

    Thanks,

    Patrick

    Hi Patrick van Kaam,

Get the page Id for Role Center page from About this page.

Then using search, look for a page called as delete user personalization.

Filter list with the Page id of role center page and user id as user who is logged in.

Then delete the record that you find and restart Role Tailored Client.

I don't see department menu in here.

And at the right side top i can see RTC is running in configuration mode.

Was this question ever resolved? I am having the same problem. Deleting user personalisation for the page has not fixed it.

    Thanks

    Solution to the specific Problem:

as you can see in the first picture, all Que Groups of my "Role Center" also appear in the "navigation pane".

Now I try to clean up my navigation pane and do encounter the described problem. I just can't see the filtered Lists.

My next step was to take a look at the code. We do see the Cue Group "Not Invoiced". A Drill Down Page is given in the "DrillDOwnPageID" Property, but not needed, because we also find program code in the "OnDrillDOwn" Trigger of the cue group which calls a filtered list.

My Solution: I do delete the content of the "DrillDownPageID" Property which is not needed at this point. Save the page and restart the client.

As you can see in my last picture the "Not Invoiced" List disappeared from the navigation Pane.
