Some Contacts are getting an error message when filling a registration form for an event hosted on our event portal.
The only way I could reproduce the error was trying to register using Edge as web browser and from my phone (iphone) but using edge on laptop (pc) no problem and we have several other contacts who have registered.
They register and get an error message "an error occurred during submission" on top of the form. They send us screenshot that look like they are on a computer and since they work in banking sector from their outlook i can only imagine they use Edge. It would be an annoyance for key clients to tell them to switch browser.
Does anyone know how to fix the issue? is there a special type of field I should remove? or certain styling?
