Permission issues when resolve or cancel a case

Hi, recently, I got the below errors when resolving and cancelling a case, I am not sure what else permission is required as it was working fine.

    What is the security role you have assigned to the current user?
    Does it is OOTB role? Or did you customize it yourself?
