I updated the sandbox version to latest 9.0 and found that change password option in contact form is not working and throwing an error. I found that a Dialog is present to run that and dialog are no more used in updated version.I want to change password for field service mobile app RESCO users.
can someone help me to fix the issue.
That applies to the Resco app, not to FS Mobile. For the portal, I'm on the latest release and I still see the "Change Password" button in the "Contact - Portal Contact" form. You should be on platform version 9.1, not 9.0 btw.

Resco app can be used by a contact in CRM using impersonation, same as a portal user.
Earlier change password was working for a contact in contact form but after update it is showing error.
If you are using Field Service Mobile (that's the one included in the FS license, the Resco App requires a separate license from Resco), you use Bookable Resources of type user and associate a user or guest user that you created in AAD. That's also the place where you modify or reset the user's password.
