MICR font shown in bank information screen/checks but not for non admins.

I have a user who is attempting to print checks (Dynamics SL) but alpha characters are printing instead of MICR font. When they view the bank information screen they see alpha characters, not MICR fonts in check code area. The MICR font is viewable and printable for Admins only. The user has group access with what appears to be appropriate permissions to MICR\Bank Information screens. Does anyone know if there are additional screens that access is needed to view\print the MICR font? Any additional possibilities?

Is the MICR font installed on the user's workstation?
