Hi, we have a discrepancy on one account between GP and MR. A refresh/rebuild on the MR datamart has already been done. So hoping for another suggestion on how to troubleshoot the issue. MR is higher than GP, MR is missing credit. Thanks for any advice.

Have you run Utilities->Financial->Reconcile to make sure the GL summary is correct?
