Apply Optimistic Concurrency with rowchecksum in plugin c# crm 365

Hi All,
 
I have to apply optimistic concurrency with rowcheck sum to validate if configuration data is changed or not by other threads in c#.
I am retrieving config value where we are maintaining increment value & updating the same value on create of other entity record for autosequencenumber we r doing in plugin.
 
how can i use optimistic concurrency with rowcheck ?
 

any link or any help would be appreciated.
