We are implementing direct delivery orders in a non-intercompany environment. Many of the items being direct delivered are serial controlled. I understand that there is a serial number synchronize option when using intercompany but I can't find anything that will synchronize serial numbers on normal PO > SO direct deliveries.
Does anyone know how or where this option is set up?
