New Lead

Hi

Is there a way to add more fields to the "Contact" information while creating a new Lead? For example, I want to see a new (maybe custom) field called " Role" under the "Job title" in the image below. I want the Role to be a drop-down menu with options of C- Level, VP level, Director, Manager, assistant, beginner, etc. Also, if there is already a default option that suits "role" how can I make it visible among the set of options in the image?
