My Client Have an problem right now which is under account's insights suppose will show some chart even tho is 0 data but right now i meet this issue, which is only show something went wrong ,i have searched thru the community I tried everything but is useless for me, below photo is my logged account which is the roles is system customizer and system administrator.

Only account insights show errors? What about other entities (e.g. contacts, marketing emails ......) ?
1)Checking on the org if Marketing app is installed or only the solutions only:
Set up Dynamics 365 Marketing (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Learn
Unless we have a Marketing Application (includes both solutions and services), the insight of the user doesn't become visible.
2)Checking process(Filter by widget), try to active them if you find draft action.
--Sometimes some workflows are left in disabled state.
3)If neither works, i suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.
