Hi all

How do I make a inventory list with only the items we have in stock as I am not interested in the ones where we have zero?

I have tryed the "Phys. Inventory Journals" and then "Calculate Inventory" but this way of getting a inventory list is not what i want as I am not intrested in correcting the inventory.

use report inventory-valuation, add filter Inventory>0 on the request page.

Yes, You can use Inventory valuation.

Another simple option, if it is only require to have a list of inventory quantity with an item. Add the inventory field on item list page and do filter Inventory > 0 and export it.

You can also create this view and keep it on your role center. In 2013 with Excel add in you can export this list once and for next time, just refresh the excel with add in and get the latest inventory balance.

With this excel option you can also create multiple pivot reports.

Thanks for the quick respons. It solved my problem when I used it on the Inventory Avalability report.

I was wondering can I make the filter so that I get inventory indiffrent from zero so if somehow there is (by mestake) a negativ stock I get them to?
