I am currently trying to set up the ability to save emails from customers into Accounts within Dynamics to have a way to save important messages for other sales representatives to see. I have worked in sales at a different org that used Salesforce previously, and we were just able to click the top right of whatever email we wanted to save and it would give us the option to just add it directly to our account notes.
I am sure that Dynamics has the same capability, but for whatever reason I cannot seem to figure it out. I went into the Power Apps and downloaded the Outlook for Dynamics App but nothing seems to be changing. I have the settings below set up as well:
Any ideas on what I am doing wrong here?

You can use app for Outlook to track any email this will create and email activity in the regarding you select (as accounts in your case)

And you can try this example in one of your emails
The sync some time takes some minutes (up 15 min)
