Navision Error - Cannot Print To <printer name> winspool Ne2:

Hi everyone,

We are running Navision 2009 SP 1 that occasionally gets an error when trying to print something from Navision.  The error is “You cannot print to <printer name> winspool Ne22:”.  The user will try printing again, sometimes she’ll get the error again, other times it’ll print just fine. 

We have about 40 users using Navision, and only 1 user seems to be getting this error.  There’s been no other reports from other users. 

We are running Navision 2009 SP1 in a Citrix environment running Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2.  It doesn’t matter what server she is logged into on the Citrix farm..

Anyone else have this issue and know the cause?

    This could be due to a Printer Driver Issue in Citrix -

    Try stressing the Driver with the following tool.

    support.citrix.com/.../CTX109374

    as explained here :

    www.jasonmohan.com/.../printers-missing-in-citrix
