Hi All,

I have weird problem, in the vendor master form i do not see the Tax 1099 fast tab and also under the Accounts Payable module > setup but in another server i'm able to see this. In both the servers all the license configuration are same.

do anyone have resolution for this?

Hi,

Check the Country/Region code of the legal entity. This is determing if the Tax 1099 fields are enabled in the company or not. I thought it was related to USA.

In the server where Tax 1099 is not visible, is the Country of the Primary Address of the Legal Entity set to 'USA'?

thanks for your response, i do not see the country/region on the legal entity form, could you share a screen to check in the server

Hi,

The Legal entities form has a fast tab called Adresses. The country/region on address record with the Primary address field enabled is the one that determines the country specific features.

For those experiencing this issue on F&O. The root cause is the same.

My address was set for the U.S. but it still wasn't picking this up correctly.

Go Org Admin > Organizations > Legal Entities and change the Localized functionality region to United States rather than Detect using company address
