    Hi,

You should stop the Dynamics Ax service from services and try again.

Start and make sure you stop it again. That is the only why you cannot rename that folder.

    Hi,

Next to the AOS Service, have you also tried to stop the batch service and the Management Reporter service (if used)?

    Hi Andre,

Let me try after stopping these 2 services also. Just one more thing, do I need to stop SQL service also ?

It is not required to stop the SQL service. Have you made an attempt already by stopping the two listed services?
