Dynamics CRM Field Service - Missing link to Field Services Settings menu item

Hello,

I took over administration of a Dynamics CRM Field Service solution from a coworker who left the company. With the latest release we found that several buttons that we use frequently on work orders have disappeared with 2021 release wave 2. It appears that the following link has instructions on how to get these to work again:

My issue is that in our version of Dynamics CRM Field Service the Field Service->Settings->Field Service Settings menu item does not exist. I tried finding this via the old non-UCI interface and it is missing there as well.

I've went in to edit our UCI field service app to see if it was just not being displayed, but I do not see that it is setup. Can I get the verbage of the URL so that I can add the link back into our system?
