Marketing: Clicked links duplicated in "channel analytics" with #>] at the end

Looking at /channel analytics/ in real time marketing, we see that almost all clicked links are visible twice, with #>] added at the end. For thisreason, we are not able to see easily which links were the most popular.

link2: httl://google.com/#>]

Does anyone know why these characters are added automatically time to time? Is it about how the link is created within the email? Is there a way to prevent it?
Thanks a lot

    Hi,

We analyzed your issue and tested it, but we were unable to reproduce your problem. According to the official documentation, "When executing a customer journey, all relevant hyperlinks are replaced with trackable links" and we think your second link should be the replaced link.

Of course this is just our guess, we will continue to test and if we have further results we will reply below.

Additionally, if this issue has impacted your business, we recommend that you seek Microsoft Technical Support using the link below.

    Thanks @RudyZhang  for your comment.

Checking again, I see that all our links are added as tracking: enabled and target: Self, so I do not think it can be about different ways of creating links between different emails, as we use same templates for footer/ social links etc, where I can see this problem too in the statistics.

I realized that when I click on the links inside Marketing platform ( to test the email), they have #_msdynmkt_donottrack=0 , while when I click on the same link via the email I received, it has a tracking ID like #msdynmkt_trackingcontext=xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx. So I doubted if it may be just generating these simpler versions when we are testing the links, but statistics are soo high for both type of links that I cannot imagine our users testing the same link 30-40 times.

    Thanks anyway, Zehra
