We have notice that, there are unexpected time take by the Dynamic NAV 2009 R2 system for cost run process (almost four days gone). We couldn't stop this, because same time slot taken for next run again.
Also no one cant work (cant post data) in the system and pop up "another user blocked by the system". Due to this all our day to day transactions are held up and we cant even finalize the month end accounts. Please help us to come out from this issue.

we have over hundred thousand inventory items in our system. so it is not a practical to run a item by item. That's why we have run this item category wise.
Have you try to run this report by applying a filter on a single Item?

This is the process that adjusted the cost in inventory items. We cant finalize month end account with out compete running this process. If proceed all inventory values are wrong and accounts are also wrong. This report is stranded one and name is "Adjust Cost - Item Entries" (Landing Under, Finance Management Menu - Inventory - Costing).
Can you say in detail what process / report are you running?
