When sending emails from Marketing - opens and clicks are not registering. Sends and deliveries are.
Because the domains aren't authenticated (only the Microsoft provided one is authenticated), emails are initially going to spam or junk folders. We move them to the inbox, let the images load and open and click from there and its still not registering.
Any ideas why?

You can try to mark them as unread after moving them to the inbox and then open them again.
Also, you can set the whitelist in your mailbox so that the emails will not be treated as spam.
