Hello all,
I was just wondering if there was any was to restore deleted Notes in NAV, or if there was a way to find the transaction history of NAV Notes?

The only way is if you have daily backup system then restore and check in that backup

Have you taken a look at 2000000068-Record Link table? I think they are still there without User ID. Otherwise, you have to use backup as Mohana mentioned.
