Customer Price list query

hi, I have created a sales price list in Businss cenral called retail 5%.....In it I have recored the unit price of the producst with a line discount of 5%

I have assigned this to one customer.

When I go to raise a sales quote for example, and key in one of the items the line is populated with 5%, but the unit price is blank - any ideas how I get it to pull this through please

Your setup says the type is a Customer Disc Group. Not a customer Price Group are you sure that you populated the Customer Discount Group to the customer record?

hi yes I populate the cust discount group on the cust record with this, Even if I change it to customer, then assign it to the customer itself, it still wont fetch through any unit prices, just the discount amount of 5%?

What sales price have you registered on the item card as default price?
