Blank page when selecting a lookup value in internet explorer

When I select a lookup's value the page goes blank with errors in the console saying there's an error in a minified React script and some .classList errors(can't say which script the error is coming from because internet explorer's developer tools don't disclose that information...). There is no javascript on the page or on the form. If I try the same thing through advanced find, everything works fine. Anyone has any idea of what's going on?

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

    I have never experienced this issue before mainly because I don't use IE in my work. My recommendation - change the browser. If it's not doable your best chance is to open a ticket with Microsoft and ask for support.

    It works in Edge, the only problem is Internet Explorer and it only happens in unified interface. I did open a ticket with microsoft but they don't seem to be able to reproduce it.

    Latest Update: Jan/7/2020 => This issue is fully resolved for IE11 after recent service update. You can re-enable Profile Cards by turning ON Org wide setting - "Enable users to view contact cards"

    ==================

    Past comment Dec/7/2019 =>

    There is a temporary issue with using  Unified Client interface and Profile Cards feature  in Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 where opening a case or contact record and  hovering on Lookup displays a blank page.

    This Issue is getting fixed soon but as a workaround, users can access Profile Cards from an alternate Internet browser or open the contact record to get the desired contact information.

    Please see if this is due to People Cards related issue, if so you can temporarily disable Profile Cards by turning off Org wide setting - "Enable users to view contact cards"

    More information about Profile Cards can be found on the Docs page-
