Hi,

I need to integrate Nuance Omnichannel engagement solutions into Customer service.

What is the Procedure for integrating the Biometric authentication solution ??

Hi Sai,

I think you can leverage Nuance Gatekeeper for biometric authentication, but I believe it's added to Nuance IVR - which will reach GA in the US, in june this year. So if you're in that Azure geo area you might get lucky.
