Splitting plan batch order when master scheduling

I am facing problem with splitting plan batch order based on batch capacity resources in master planning.

I have some resources which different batch capacity, as example : Resource R1 has batch capacity 24.000, Resource R2 has batch capacity 20.000, Resource R3 has batch capacity 30.000.

I can use R1 or R2 or R3 to produce an item (let's say : item X), so I use a capability in my route which the member resources are R1, R2, and R3.

If there's SO for item X with qty 50.000, I want plan batch orders which generated by system during master scheduling separated by batch capacity of resources, as example : plan batch order 1 use R2 (20.000) and plan batch order use R3 (30.000).

Item coverage using coverage code requirement with minimum stock.

How to split plan batch order based on batch capacity resources in Ax 2012 R2 ?

I'm tuning ax for more then 10 years, but why is the capacity different?

    thanks for your reply,

the capacity different because we have 3 resource (reactor A, reactor B, and reactor C) with different maximum capacity per batch.

for example, for a batch, reactor A can produce item X maximum 24.000 kg, reactor B can produce item X maximum 20.000 kg, and reactor C can produce item X maximum 30.000 kg. So it different caused different  dimension of the reactors.

So I want if there is SO for item X with quantity 50.000 kg for example, so system will give suggestion to produce item X using reactor B and reactor C together (if reactor B and reactor C available for scheduling). So it can optimize lead time production for this item.

    Regards,
