When selecting the import button in the AOT immediately met with this Active X error:
Has anyone been able to repair this.....
Thanks, Bill
Hi Blue, thank you yes, have attempted to re-register files, have uninstalled and re-installed IE as it what also behaving strangely and we thought maybe related to browser settings related to Active X controls. Also was thinking to run AX 2012 installation once again, but Setup will not run either. currently we are restoring to a previous model store, to see how it goes. thanks,
Thank you Nikolaos, this particular machine is a developer's workstation, we so not think a customization has been added, but we are in process of reverting it back to the previous model store to see if that helps. thank you .
Hi Bill,
Before that, what was your operation? Install or uninstall?
Have you re-registered the smmPhone.ocx file?
Please share more, thanks.
Do you perhaps have some customization or add-on that has enhanced the Import form?
Also, did it work before? Does it work in your other environments (dev, test, prod)? What changes were made since it last worked?
