Retail Scheduler jobs not running - Dynamics AX 2012 R2 Retail

Hi,

I installed the Dynamics Ax 2012 R2 demo VM from Microsoft. I am trying to run schedular jobs for updating data in the store databases. I changed some data in AX and trying to sync the changes to the POS store database. But the job runs and the only message in the log is "Successful with Commerce Data Exchange: Synch Service." No data is being sent over. All setup looks fine.

Any idea why this is happening or where I can look to figure out the issue?

    Given your question is too generic so will try to shed some light on what you can do,

    Few things to consider,

    1. See if your commerce service is setup properly

    2. Check your scheduler setting.

    3. See if POS is configured properly to receive data (specially if your data synch service is giving a success message)

    4. Try to debug an A Job and see if your company indeed has some data which is not getting filtered by the job.

    5. check if connection response from POS database is positive.

    Run through all the data exchange with setup along with documentation provided by MS once in order to make sure you are setup well

    Also for additional trouble shooting check the Sync Service MessageDB in the SQL Management studio for the tables Incoming and Outgoing for the column  numrecs to see the number of records in the transferred
