Hi
The ax client is restarting automatically when the tax information is clicked in journal lines creation . Please help .

You can have a look at the windows event viewer (client/server) for possible more information. Also try to install the latest available kernel to see if this solves the issue. (http://aka.ms/axbuild) Otherwise, please provide more information how to reproduce and if you have customizations or not.
i have a simlar issue before , solved after rest usage for user
so, go file/tools/option /usage data /reset
Already tried reset data . But not working
No customizations is done .

The latest kernel version is updated in server . (6.2.3000.4216) . The application version is (6.2.1000.4051) . But the restart is hapening now also when tax information is clicked in journals .No customizations is done . Please help .
