Camera distortion / focus in Warehouse Management mobile app 2.0.28.0

Hi, is anyone else having problems with the camera in Warehouse Management mobile app version 2.0.28.0? We are using the Honeywell CN80 device and when opening the camera to scan the setup QR code, the image is blurry, with a distorted aspect ratio.

Rolling back to version 2.0.25.0 fixed the problem, and we were able scan the code for setup, then update the app, but the camera problem came back after update.

Hi Daniel,

This problem was introduced by version 2.0.28.0 of the app. It is fixed in 2.0.30.0, released today, although it doesn't specifically mention this in the patch notes.

Hi Daniel Schmidt,

It may be that your device is incompatible with version 2.0.28.0, or the focal length requirements for this version have changed. You can try using autofocus.

If this still doesn't work, wait for someone with this experience to answer.
