is there a way to increase the maximum characters in POSTS section? the limit is only 1000 but i need 2000 characters
In D365 online (using Unified interface) my limit is 2000 character and not 1000, what D365 are you using and in what interface?
I think the post text maps to the description field in the activity entity which is set to 2000 char

Only if we post the request through coding, the characters could up to 2000.

So I think that you could use custom workflow to create posts with C#.
