All,

I have an AIF service whose service operation expects string xml of sales order. Somehow, for some orders xml may be too large to except and hence facing this issue. I have seen too many forums which suggests to change maxReceivedMessageSize to 6553600. However, in my case it is already 81920000 (by default) which is definitely greater than the suggested value by most of the posts. But still I am facing this issue. Please let me know what should be the exact value of this.

One more thing I am confused about. I have used Http adapter to create inbound port but still Web.config file shows netTcpBinding. How?

    This issue is fixed.

    Solution :

    Deactivate service port. Then go to configure besides adapter, change the value of MaxBufferSize and MaxReceivedMessageSize to 2147483647 (which is a max size).

    It will work !!!

    Yes this worked for me as well. When i was sending large images via custom service.

    Plus for you second query. I believe netcp is used for WCF Routing Services internally as we know that these services deployed on IIS and responsible for interaction with AOS.  So it could be like

    thin client (http) -> IIS(WCF routing services)(netcp) -> AOS
