Security Invoice Override approval how to restrict

Hi,

How can we hide this from users.

The section in Manage : unset override approval.

Is it link to Security role or privillege?

Hi,

as far as I can see it's a new form development so I suggest you create a new privilege to this menu item.

if it exists i think you can click on security diagnostics to show all security objects

Hi,

Create new privilege for the menu item "Unset override approval" and add the privilege to the roles that you want to allow the users to use it. If 'Unset override approval' is button, then I think you should change the property (Needed permission) to manual and you should add it to the role that you want. Hi,

This feature is part of an ISV solution ExFlow from Signup Software. There are options to set user permissions via security, but also user permission settings in the setup section. Do you have an implementation partner that can tell you if this button can be controlled with settings out of the box? If not, let me know. We have some Exflow specialists employed or I can review the user manual.

This is available by default through the ExFlow purchase payable admin role and privilege.

However there are options to control the maximum amount allowed when overriding approval, which might be a relevant option to look into as well.

Hi,

I checked internally in our environment. In case you need to hide it (apart from a maximum amount as mentioned below), it should be done with security. It looks like the button is not set to be managed via the security configuration option. I would suggest contacting Signup Software Support to get some help.
