Cannot find or install "Sales Hub" application

Hi There,

We are currently implementing Dynamics 365 in our company and I would like to use the "Sales Hub" application but cannot find it under my published apps or as an option to install from the app store. I am assigned to the system administrator role and we do have a licence to use the sales module so I'm not sure what I am missing. We didn't pre-install any apps when configuring the instance, is this possibly the only time the sales hub can be installed? Currently my apps section only includes "CRM hub" and "Dynamics 365 - Custom".

Hi Dale Thornton!!

From Office365 admin center you will be able to access to Dynamics 365 Admin Center (instances management) and selecting your instance, clicking on Solutions, you will be able to add CRM HUB, but my recomendation is restoring the instance and installing Sales and Customer Service apps from the begining.

Thanks for the quick reply! Do I need to be a Office 365 Global Admin to install these solutions? This is what I have but everything related to Sales already seems enabled:

Ignore my last post, I have finally found the solutions management area! For some reason when the instance management page initially loads the solutions are not shown, but if I wait 30s+ and then reclick on my instance it shows up.

Hi,

I have a similar issue: I cannot find the sales hub ( and waiting or refreshing the page doesn't resolve it)

We use the default classic app and I want to use the Sales Hub instead ( or create a new app based on the Sales Hub).

The solutions seem to be installed:

But when I checked the model driven apps, I see the Customer Service Hub but no Sales Hub:

Note I am administrator so I have sufficient rights.

Any ideas?

Also strange I have a "Dynamics 365 Mobile - Custom" on 2 different tenants with Customer Engagement ( Both were created last year with v8).

But this app is not created for new Dynamics for sales installations...

I had the same Issue, I discovered it was because I didn't enable D365 apps when creating the environment
