Invalid value (< "8/28/2020") specified in the query predicate - D365 FO - Back order lines form

Posted on by 2,030

Hi,

I am facing this error "Invalid value (< "8/28/2020") specified in the query predicate" when trying to open the form Sales&Marketing -> Sales Order -> Open Orders -> Back order lines

But this error s not seen, when the Date time format is set to En-Us in the Options form( We are using EN-GB)

I see this behaviour only in this form. Do you have any idea ?

    Hi AnithaEswaran,

This quality update contains the correction to this problem, we already tested it in a non-productive environment and it was corrected

    Hello,

The issue has been already fixed by Microsoft and correction will be released as part of PU37. Fix was ported to PU36 as well in

Issue 459956 - Resolved - Error when accessing Vendor payment workspace

    Hi AnithaEswaran

In my case this started to happen after upgrading to PU36.

    Installed product version: 10.0.12 (10.0.507.10024),

    Installed platform version: Update36 (7.0.5688.35584),

For now the only alternative is to change the date format to EN-US,

But I know that MS is working on a fix, if I have news next week I will notify you,

    Good weekend

I tried  this in PU35 and don't see any issues . My user has date time setting  blank and date are displayed in US format(mm/dd/yy). I changed it to EN-GB refreshed browser and open form again , all the date are changed in  UK format (dd/mm/yy)

    I am using 10.0.12 .

I checked in other environments which are having the same build and look fine with the same set up as EN-GB.

There are no customization done in the form .

Which exact version are you using? You can try to update to the latest version to see if it has been solved. There are similar issues on other places according to LCS where it already has been solved in the past.

It is a known issue and MS is working to fix it as far as I know.

You can try to search LCS issue search for related kb, or contact MS support and ask when the fix will be ready.
