Hello,
Tying to setup Exchange Email server in Ax 2009 however after setting up the SMTP details (Administration > Setup > Email Parameters).
am getting error for MAPI Exmail Object not initialised. I have also sync Outlook client as mentioned in AX setup however getting same error.
Purpose is to start Mailing features of CRM and Email Notification ( Work flow & Alert ).
Please suggest how to fix this issue..

Hello All,
Need support or suggestions to fix one error related to Emailing function in CRM module @ AX 2009.
I am getting error for MAPI Exmail Object not initialised while try to send Email in CRM Mail distribution option.
I am using Exchange and setup of Email Parameters is done however getting error message while sending email from CRM.
