Purchase Journal does not calculate GST Amount on NAV2016IN

Purchase Journal does not calculate GST Amount on NAV2016IN, Does any one know the reason or has come across same issue? I am new to IN GST so I might have missed some setup. Purchase Invoice calculates the GST amount correctly provided I select the structure as GST.

Any suggestions on this query is appriciated and will be very helpfull to me.

    No not an Issue related to setup, But NAV will only calculate GST in Invoice, Credit Memo, Transfer order and Bank Receipt/ Payment.

    For any transaction Related to Purchase you have to book Purch. INV or Purch. Cr. Memo.
