how to deploy a plugin in any environment and an solution from one environment to another

what is deployment dry run as i unaware of deployments i am asking please help me.

Hi,

the normal practice is- You create an unmanaged solution in your dev environment and do all your development & customization within that solution i.e. ensuring that all components which you have added are also added to that same solution. This also include adding the plugin assembly and the related steps. Once you have tested your changes and are ready for deployment, you export that solution as unmanaged and then import that in your target environment.
