Sales lines not showing on Load Planning Workbench after sales line creation

Hello All,

I have a problem when creating a sales order with a product set up to use the transportation module. Also the warehouse is set up to use warehouse management processes. When I create a sales order, confirm the reservation of the inventory and then click on Load planning workbench the sales line don't appear on the load planning workbench. 

However, when I create a purchase order for the same product and then click on the load planning workbench the lines appear on the purchase order lines.

Any help would be appreciated

    Yes same happens without reserving the item.

    Just want to check you have everything setup correctly... if you do the Reservation and then do 'Release to warehouse', does that succeed?

    Hi,

    Yes that works. But the problem with that approach is that if I click release to warehouse it creates a shipment with all the sales order lines included in that shipment. What I am trying to do is create separate loads using separate sale order lines.

    Hello all,

    Figured out what was causing the problem. On the license configuration under Trade make sure you have checked Multiple ship to selected.

    I'm facing the same problem although from about a year ago this problem wasn't arised.
    I've gone forward with your solution and found out the Check mark of "Multiple ship to" was already checked,
    Do you think there is any updates recently causing the problem again with different solution?

    Sorry the problem was with the Ship Date Filter  it needs to be cleared ^_^
