how to change organization type from prospect to customer in lcs

how to change organization type from prospect to customer in lcs.

Your user account (O365 account) must be part of such O365 tenant that has active D365FO licenses (real licenses of Partner/Customer trial licenses) in it.

Then your account type is Customer or Partner instead of Prospect.
