Hello Guys,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance on how to automatically assign an owner to a new generated lead through Zapier.

I have been using Zapier to generate leads from my website, but I'm having trouble with assigning owners to these leads. I want to automate this process and ensure that each new lead is automatically assigned to a designated owner within our User.

Could you please guide me through the process of setting up this automation in Zapier? Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your assistance. Looking forward to your prompt response.

    Hi Partner,

Maybe you can use workflow to assign owner easily in Dynamics 365.

What is your user security role for logging into D365? Is it an administrator?

    Hello 7Viewers,

Using a workflow you can achieve this.

users can learn to automatically assign owners to lead on creation using a workflow in Dynamics 365.

    Step 1: Open Advance Settings
