Dear all,

I would love to export list of all products with all atributes, mainly with barcode, name and category. Can you help me where to do it?

Hi Miro,

You can use standard 'Data import export framework'. It has a set of standard entities for export of Product data, but you can create your custom Entity to comply with your requirements.

You can start with reading MS articles to understand the concepts:

thanks very for your help. I went over these articles, I dont have problem with import, but I am not able to find out, how to export :-D

Hi Mirr0,

I have exported data with DMF. My tips can be found below, briefly. Let me know if you need any additional detail.

You should have a source data format with type AX.

Then you should set up your entities with using this source data format.

Once you complete this setup, the "Select" button in process groups will be activated, which allows you to filter the data that you will be exporting from AX.

After you complete this, just do the process to fill the staging data just like you do for import.

This will export datas to staging from AX.

Then go to execution history, find the execution id you created and use "Export to.." buttons. For example, there is a button named "Export to File"

I assume you already know the entities that should be used for type of datas you need, and there is no standart entity for product attributes.
