Hi,
I have a potential scenario where I want to delete emails and activities in Outlook that have been tracked in Dynamics.
So, if I delete the email or activity in Dynamics, then it will also be deleted in Outlook.
I know that this isn't possible oob, but would it be possible to use a Power Automate Flow or have you come acrosss a plugin that could do this?
Any thoughts welcomed.
Hello,
You need to Untrack the emails first from your outlook.
Then in MSD you can delete that activity. because When an activity is tracked with the MSD a record will be created in the dynamics 365 i.e. same content but one record in outlook and one in MSD.
Please try above scenario with one test record.
