By design, D365 Sales Professional does not include a way to track whether emails have been opened. MS offers this capability in the next version up D365 Sales Enterprise (i.e., $30 more per month per user). Hoping to find a way to do this without the upgrade to Enterprise.
I'm aware of the PowerEmail app, but MS has effectively mapped out a strategy to keep this app working with the Sales Pro version (confirmed personally).
We like the cost efficiency and functionality of the Sales Pro version, so moving to another D365 version is something we'd like to avoid. Hoping to find other admins who have crossed this bridge to find a simple solution for tracking email opens in D365 Sales Pro version. Thanks in advance for any insights.
