OPOS Cash Drawer Help

We are trying to set up a cash drawer to work with a receipt printer.  I have an Ethernet cord running from the  cash drawer to the receipt printer.  When I go to the OPOS Setup utility I create a new cash drawer, the cash drawer is StandardE.  When I run the health check for the cash drawer I receive the following error:

SetDeviceEnabled(True) = 107 (0x000000b)

ResultCodeExtended = 0 (0x00000000)

Has anyone had this issue before?
