HR workflow email

Hi ,

- D365HR workflows can be configured so that notifications of them arrive through email. But I have doubts about how to activate it since I am doing it following the steps in the Microsoft documentation and I cannot activate them, I do not know if it is because a tool is needed for it or because I am having a failure in that configuration.

- In the employee development module, in reviews, the system allows adding approvers, but it seems to be for informational purposes only, since those additional approvers then have no way to enter that review for which approval is requested. That is why I would need to understand if perhaps it is a configuration error or is it that adding approvers has another purpose at a conceptual level.
